How to watch Luka Doncic’s Slovenia vs Sweeden FIBA World Cup Qualifiers? What time, TV and online

Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic will be playing for his country Slovenia at the FIBA World Cup Qualifiers. Here’s how to watch their game against Sweden.

Some players of the Dallas Mavericks are seeing some hardcourt action for the first time since they lost to the Golden State Warriors at the NBA Western Conference finals. They are representing their respective national teams at the FIBA World Cup Qualifiers over this week.

Luka Doncic is playing for Slovenia, Frank Ntilikina for France, Dwight Powell is suiting up for Canada, and Davis Bertans for Latvia.

The team of Dallas’ biggest star will be going up against Sweden on July 3. Doncic’s squad already defeated Croatia 97-69 last Thursday, June 30 in Ljubljana.

Doncic came ready

Doncic played with some knowledge of his Croatian opponents- he prevailed over Ivica Zubac of the Los Angeles Clippers and Bojan Bogdanovic of the Utah Jazz in recent NBA playoffs.

The 23-year-old is reunited with friend and mentor Goran Dragic, who is also playing for Slovenia for the qualifiers. It’s the first time for the two to play together in five years.

They will now head to Stockholm to face Sweden in their last game in the first round. The top three teams in the group will move on to the second round, which is slated to start in August. Slovenia already defeated Sweden in the first round of FIBA Qualifiers in November.

The Slovenia-Sweden matchup, as all the games for the European qualifiers, will be available on Courtside 1891, FIBA’s official live-streaming platform.
