The Boston Celtics defeated the Miami Heat in Game 7 of their series matchup to win the Eastern Conference championship and advance to the NBA finals for the first time since 2010. They now have a few days to well-deserved rest before their matchup with the Golden State Warriors in San Francisco. The Dubs meanwhile have a whole week to recover from their showdown with the Dallas Mavericks.

Celtics vs. Warriors Game 1 will be held on Thursday 2 June, so there will be no NBA action until then.
