The NCAA National Final promises to be an exciting match between Nebraska, ranked number one, and Texas, ranked number two. The event will take place at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida, and fans of both universities eagerly await the game because this is the first time in twenty years that these two programs are meeting for a championship.

During the regular season match in 2015, Texas beat Nebraska, but when the Final Four and championship game were held in Omaha, Nebraska, the home team disappointed their fans. This year, Texas hopes to win its second consecutive national title by making it to the NCAA volleyball championship game for the second year. They advanced to the championship match after defeating Wisconsin in four sets in the Final Four held on Thursday night. Meanwhile, Nebraska swept Pitt in the first semifinal.

The NCAA volleyball tournament has been taking place since 1981. Nebraska has won five titles (1995, 2000, 2006, 2015, 2017), while Texas has won three (1988, 2012, 2022).
