Bengals vs Cowboys: Time and how to watch online and on TV

The Cincinnati Bengals will travel to Texas to meet the Dallas Cowboys in a matchup that could define the trajectory of both teams’ seasons

The Bengals and Cowboys have only met twice in the last eight years, with America’s Team taking both of those victories. No matter the up and down fortunes of Dallas during that time, the Bengals have been terrible for most of living memory. This season, though, everything has changed. If last year’s performance by Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase wasn’t enough to convince you of that, then there is last week’s disastrous loss of Dak Prescott to hammer the point home.

While the Cowboys were dominated from soup to nuts by Tampa Bay in week one, the Bengals put up a spirited fight against the Steelers to lose by a field goal in overtime. Burrow was picked off five times, a mistake that he will not be allowed to get away with as the season progresses, but Ja’Marr Chase put up a solid performance with ten receptions for 129 yards and a touchdown.

For the week two matchup, Dak Prescott will be on the headset communicating with Cooper Rush and there is every reason to hope that the backup can squeeze the best out of this Cowboys offense. Cincinnati’s defense has been vulnerable to the pass and a solid performance could be enough if the Cowboys D can exert pressure on the Bengals.
