Bills vs Lions injury report for NFL Thanksgiving Day 2022 game
Details on which players are out, doubtful and questionable as the Buffalo Bills visit the Detroit Lions in Week 12 of the 2022 NFL season.
The Buffalo Bills have ruled Tremaine Edmunds and Greg Rousseau out of Thursday’s Thanksgiving Day game against the Lions, while Detroit list several players as unavailable for the Week 12 NFL clash.
Bills back for second Detroit game in a week
The Bills, who are 7-3 in 2022, head to Ford Field for the second game running, after beating the Cleveland Browns 31-23 at the Detroit arena in Week 11. The game was moved from Buffalo due to weather concerns.
The Lions, who host a Thanksgiving game every year, are 4-6 - but are on a resurgent run of form. Dan Campbell’s men have won their last three - most recently defeating the New York Giants 31-18 - to significantly improve their chances of a first Playoff appearance since 2016.
Buffalo Bills
Linebacker Edmunds has been struggling with a groin injury, and also missed Sunday’s victory over the Browns. Defensive end Rousseau, who hasn’t played for the Bills since the Week 9 loss to the New York Jets, continues his recovery from an ankle problem.

Detroit Lions
According to Detroit’s latest pre-game injury report, guard Evan Brown, defensive lineman Charles Harris, guard Jonah Jackson, cornerback Jeff Okudah and defensive lineman Josh Paschal are all out of the Bills clash.
Brown sustained an ankle injury in the game against the Giants, while Okudah was forced off against New York after suffering a concussion. Harris and Paschal will sit out their second game in a row as they overcome groin and knee injuries, respectively, and Jonah Jackson has been unable to practice this week as he, like Okudah, is recovering from a concussion.
