Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and so is NFL Week 12.

There are three exciting matchups on Thanksgiving Day this week, with two teams continuing a longstanding tradition of playing on one of America’s favorite football days of the year: the Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions.

The Bills (7-3), who just defeated the Browns in a game played in Detroit, take on the Lions (4-6), who have won three consecutive games, at Detroit’s Ford Field on Thursday for a 12:30 p.m. ET kickoff.

This is the third time the Bills are set to play a starring role in Thanksgiving Day against Detroit. The Lions are 5-4 all-time on America’s favorite football days of the year.

How to watch Bills vs Lions game on TV, streaming

Cable/Network: Besides CBS, the Bills-Lions game will be available locally through the following stations: WROC (Channel 8, Rochester), WIVB (Buffalo area), WTVH (Syracuse area), WKTV (Utica area), WENY (Elmira area), WRGB (Albany area), and WBNG (Binghamton area).

Online streaming services: NFL.com and the NFL mobile app. NFL+ (which replaces NFL Game Pass) will also stream the game, but only available on your phone or tablet.

Viewers can also stream if they have subscriptions to DirecTV, fuboTV, NFL+, Sling, Vidgo, Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, and Paramount+.

How to listen: The Bills Radio Network has stations all across the state. They include Rochester (WCMF 96.5 and WROC 950 AM), Buffalo (WGR550, 550 AM), Syracuse (WTKW 99.5/WTKV 105.5), Binghamton (WDRE 100.5FM), Ithaca (WIII 99.9/100.3 FM), Bath (WVIN 98.3 FM), Newark (WACK 1420 AM), Dansville (WDNY 93.9 FM), Elmira (WNGZ 1490 AM), Auburn (WAUB 98.1 FM/1590 AM), and Geneva (WGVA 95.9 FM, 1240 AM).

Listeners can also tune in on SiriusXM satellite radio on channel 225 (Bills) and channel 226 (Lions).
