CeeDee Lamb injury status: Dallas Cowboys wide receiver hurts ankle against Bears
The Cowboys’ wide receiver was checked in the medical tent and did return, before going off again.
Bad news for the Dallas Cowboys in the first half of their Week 3 game against the Chicago Bears: star wideout CeeDee Lamb left with an ankle injury.
He has now been officially ruled out of the rest of the game.
Lamb goes over on ankle
Lamb got his legs tangled up on a tackle and rolled his ankle, which buckled awkwardly as he went down.
He made it off the field under his own power and was checked on the sideline before heading to the medical tent. Lamb did return briefly, but left a second time as the ankle continued to bother him.
The Cowboys have now confirmed he will play no further part in the game against the Bears.
