The Dolphins struggled during the regular season but managed to secure a spot in the postseason for the first time in six years with a Week 18 victory over the New York Jets.
Miami will go into the game looking to record another win against the Bills this season after coming out on top back in September.
However, they will be without their main star, QB Tua Tagovailoa, who will miss out with a concussion.

Bills
The Buffalo Bills, who are the favorites to get away with the win, avenged their loss to the Dolphins with a tight victory (32-29) in December.
Besides the Dolphins’ injury issues, the other reason why Sean McDermott’s men are tipped to emerge victorious is that they are on a seven-game win streak after a 35-23 win against New England last week.
The Bills have won eight of the last nine meetings with the Dolphins, and they have come out on top in 11 of their last 12 home games overall against Miami.
The Dolphins, however, still lead the all-time head-to-head with 62 wins, while the Bills recorded 55 victories.
