DK Metcalf of the Seattle Seahawks, Samuel Deebo of the San Francisco 49ers, Nico Collins (Texans), CeeDee Lamb (Cowboys), and Tyreek Hill (Dolphins) are the five wide receivers who stomped the highest rankings in this week’s Fantasy Football, all scoring in the high thirties.

DK Metcalf

In the Seahawks’ game against the Cowboys on Thursday night, D.K. Metcalf put on an outstanding show on offense. He caught six out of eight targets, amassing 134 yards and scoring three touchdowns. Metcalf’s 73-yard touchdown catch in the first quarter was the first of his three scores. He went on to score again from one and three yards away in the second and fourth quarters, respectively. This brought his season touchdown tally to six.

Metcalf’s yardage total of 134 yards was also a season-high, and he was the leading receiver for the Seahawks on the night. His performance was awe-inspiring and not so rewarding, given that the Seahawks lost the game 41-35. This was Metcalf’s first regular-season game with multiple touchdowns since Week 8 of the 2021 campaign.

Metcalf’s performance on Thursday night confirmed his respected status as a wide receiver and one of the best in the business. He has been a consistent performer for the Seahawks this season, with at least 94 receiving yards in three of the last four games. However, he faces a tough road matchup against the 49ers in Week 14 on Sunday, Dec. 10. It will be interesting to see if he can continue his impressive form and help, finally, the Seahawks secure a win.

Samuel Deebo

In Sunday’s game against the Eagles, Samuel put on impressive numbers, catching all four of his targets for a total of 116 yards and two touchdowns. He also made substantial contributions to the ground game, rushing for 22 yards and scoring another touchdown off of three carries. These efforts helped his team secure an easy 42-19 victory.

Samuel’s performance was especially important given the high stakes of the game, which pitted two NFC contenders against each other. He scored both rushing and receiving touchdowns in the same game for the first time this season, bringing his versatility as a dual-threat player to the table. In addition, he stepped up to handle kickoff returns in place of Ray-Ray McCloud, who was out due to a rib injury and gained an impressive 60 yards on two returns.

Samuel’s recent form is part of a larger trend, as he has now scored in four consecutive games since returning from San Francisco’s Week 9 bye. With this latest performance, he has accumulated an impressive 750 combined yards and seven touchdowns through 10 active games. Looking ahead, San Francisco will face Seattle for the second time in three weeks next Sunday, and Samuel’s continued contributions will be paramount to the team’s success.
