It won’t be quite as cold as it was during the Kansas City Chiefs’ win over the Miami Dolphins, but Taylor Swift will again have to brave freezing temperatures if she’s to watch boyfriend Travis Kelce in action this weekend.

Kelce’s Chiefs take on the Buffalo Bills in the Divisional playoffs on Sunday, in what will be the first non-Super Bowl postseason game that Kansas City have played away from their Arrowhead home stadium since 2016.

Swift a consistent Chiefs watcher in recent weeks

Neither Kelce nor Swift has publicly confirmed whether the pop star will be at Highmark Stadium to see the Chiefs visit the Bills - but her recent track record of attendance, allied with her Eras Tour schedule, suggests she’s likely to.

Swift has been at six of the Chiefs’ last seven games, including the reigning Super Bowl champions’ 26-7 victory over the Dolphins in last weekend’s Wild Card round.

Her tour commitments appear to allow her to make it seven in the last eight, as she is not due back on stage until 7 February, when she begins a four-day run of shows in Tokyo. (Were Kansas City to make it to Super Bowl LVIII, however, Swift would face a race against the clock to get back to the States in time for the showpiece event, which is the day after her final concert in the Japanese capital.)

Bills prepare Swift-themed grub for Chiefs clash

While it remains to be seen whether Swift will be at Sunday’s Divisional playoff, the Bills are ready to capitalise on the music icon’s new-found association with NFL, by serving up Swift-themed food to match-goers. In a press release on Friday, the team’s catering partner, Delaware North, revealed that ‘Bad Blood waffle fries’ and ‘Karma quesadillas’ will be on offer at Highmark Stadium.

“We had a lot of fun with this week’s menu – adding a few new options that celebrate this incredible rivalry with the Chiefs and their star-studded fans,” Delaware North’s Andy Altomare said.

How many Chiefs games has Swift been to?

In total, Swift has attended 10 Chiefs games since first being spotted at Arrowhead Stadium for September’s win over the Chicago Bears. With the 34-year-old in the stands, Andy Reid’s men have a 7-3 record.

Following her debut in Week 3, Swift was at MetLife Stadium - together with fellow A-listers Hugh Jackman, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds - to see the Chiefs beat the New York Jets 30-23. She then sat out Week 5′s trip to Minnesota, before returning for wins over the Denver Broncos and the Los Angeles Chargers.

The 12-time Grammy winner missed the Chiefs’ four outings after that, but since travelling to Wisconsin to see Kelce and co suffer defeat against the Green Bay Packers, she has been almost ever present. The only game she has not been at was the Chiefs’ Week 18 win over the Chargers, which Kelce also misssed.

What will the temperature be for Chiefs vs Bills?

Temperatures dipped below zero when Kansas City hosted Miami in Missouri a week ago. While it’s also going to be extremely cold in Orchard Park, the temperature is expected to be a little less punishing on Sunday, at just under 20ºF, per Accuweather. Snow has been falling in the area, leading the Bills to ask fans to help shovel Highmark Stadium in preparation for the Chiefs’ visit, offering them $20 an hour.
