Jalen Hurts has one big question for his Eagles teammates
After a crushing overtime loss to the Chargers, Jalen Hurts challenges the Eagles to show what they’re made of as a three-game skid deepens.

The Philadelphia Eagles left California with another blow to absorb, falling 22–19 to the Los Angeles Chargers on a wild overtime finish sealed by Cameron Dicker’s 54-yard field goal. It was the Chargers’ fifth win in six outings and the Eagles’ third straight defeat, a stretch that has complicated their once-comfortable place atop the NFC East.
Eagles slip raises deeper concerns
Jalen Hurts produced one of his most turbulent outings of the season. He threw four interceptions, yet two came on the same chaotic play, including the end-zone pick by Tony Jefferson that flipped the momentum in SoFi Stadium. Afterward, Hurts didn’t sugarcoat the sting but insisted the moment demanded something bigger than frustration.
"It definitely stings, but how do you respond?"

Hurts challenges team mentality
Speaking to the press, he delivered the message he wanted the locker room to hear: “It definitely stings, but how do you respond. That’s the only way I know how to look at it... Let’s see what type of resolve do we have within, to respond the way we want to.” In other words, Jalen Hurts has one question for his Eagles teammates: how will they answer adversity?

Chargers grind out bruising win
Justin Herbert, playing less than two weeks after surgery on a fractured hand, managed 12 completions for 139 yards in a gritty performance. Dicker’s five field goals, matching his career high, did the rest.
Both teams return to action on December 14. The Eagles host the Raiders, while the Chargers head to Kansas City.
