Here we go again! NFL season has ended, but just as it is finished, it is just getting started. First with the NFL combine and now with the opening of the tampering window. Teams can negotiate on the 15th of March, when the official start of the league occurs, but players can start to negotiate on the 13th when the window opens up.

A couple of names out there are very tempting to teams, but perhaps the most wanted player is Odell Beckham Jr. Unfortunately, the WR injured himself during the Super Bowl game that the Rams won against the Bengals, early 2022. Since then, Odell hasn’t featured for any team in the league. Let’s remember that he cut ties with the Californian team after the Rams won that game, and although he did some tours with teams in 2022 in hopes of a comeback, most of them deemed the player not ready for action.

But which teams are interested in Odell Beckham Jr.?

On Friday, Beckham did a workout in Arizona that was available to all clubs who were interested in attending. This was a must for many teams in the NFL, and reports already claim that as many as 11 showed up to the WR open workout.

Let’s look at the teams with the best options to sign the player:

NY Giants: The team needs a player like Beckham now that Daniel Jones has proven to be an effective QB. This move could make them a title contender from day one. Beckham already played in NY under different management, but a change in GM opens up the possibility to return to the team.

The Green Bay Packers: If Odell wants to play with the best, he needs to play with Aaron Rodgers. Just imagine OBJ making runs and Rodgers putting the ball right on the mark. This trade, to me, is the trade that makes the most sense. The Packers lack a WR since Davante Adams left for the Raiders. With no clear help, Rodgers was able to make this team a playoff one. With Beckham on the team, who knows, maybe the QB can retire with another ring.

The Dallas Cowboys: Perhaps the team that wanted Beckham the most, last season. He was there during the thanksgiving game, and it is said that many players wanted him on the team. With Micah Parson, Trevon Diggs, Dak Prescott, and OBJ, the Dallas team would become the team to beat in 2023. This signing might be what the Cowboys need in order to break their more than 30 years of no Super Bowl glory.

There are more teams in the mix, like the Bears, who have the most cap space and can offer the WR a significant contract, or the Browns, looking to team him up with Deshaun Watson. But the three teams written above are the ones who have the most opportunities and the ones that make the most sense.
