The Powerball jackpot has now risen to nearly $90 million, after there were no tickets that matched all six numbers in this weekend’s latest instalment of the U.S. lottery.
The grand prize has inched towards the nine-figure mark over the past two weeks, having been reset at $20 million five drawings ago. That came after a single ticket bought in Delaware claimed a $231 million jackpot on Monday, April 6.

In Saturday’s Powerball drawing, the winning white balls were 24-25-39-46-61. The red Powerball was 1. The Power Play multiplier was 5x.

How much is the Powerball jackpot now?
Heading into this weekend’s drawing, the Powerball jackpot had climbed to an estimated $76 million, with a $34.6 million cash option.
But with no tickets scooping the top prize, the figure has now rolled over to an estimated $87 million ahead of the next drawing. The cash option has grown to $39.7 million.

The next drawing is scheduled for at 10:59 p.m. ET/7:59 p.m. PT on Monday, April 20, 2026.

What are your odds of winning the Powerball jackpot?
According to Powerball organizers, a single ticket - which costs $2 - has a one in 292,201,338 chance of winning the jackpot.
While the top prize captures the headlines, there are also numerous smaller amounts to be won. Secondary prizes range from $4 to $1 million or more, depending on how many winning numbers a player matches.
Non-jackpot prizes can be multiplied by adding the Power Play option for an additional $1.
