Ranking of the worst 2024 NFL schedule release videos: Broncos, Cardinals, Dolphins...

Following the unveiling of the 2024 NFL schedule yesterday, teams welcomed the approaching season, and social media was ablaze with videos of all kinds.

Even though teams spend a significant amount of time creating and crafting these videos, sometimes the idea and the end result fail to meet expectations. The sentiment is right, and the intentions are correct, but it just doesn’t feel right.

Every year, we rank the best of the schedule release videos, but we miss the mark by not raking in those that didn’t make the cut. Well, fear not, I have created a list of the worst videos of the 2024 schedule release.

The top worst videos of the NFL schedule release videos

1) Denver Broncos: Lewis Hamilton eating is not NFL. I’m not sure what the budget for the whole video was. But with the money they gave Hamilton, they could have done something better. It’s just lame; towards the end, we see the game via a menu that Hamilton is eating.

2) Arizona Cardinals: The video is cute, and the artwork and artist are great, but it missed the mark. The whole concept is to talk about your schedule and poke some fun or inspiration. Yet the video seems a bit lazy. As if it took one afternoon puff and done.

3) Miami Dolphins: Lame! It lasted about 30 seconds. The whole idea is that you get to see the schedule of the fastest teams in the NFL. But what’s the fun in that? The whole point is to poke fun and get some creative ideas.

4) Seattle Seahawks: This one hurst the eyes. The acting is bad and the whole concept is missed. The glasses that give powers are never explained nor why they would put them on.

5) Las Vegas Raiders: It feels like a simple video. I kept thinking, When is the Honda Accord going to come out? “With your certified pre-own NFL team, you are sure to make it to the playoffs.’ If only they had that line.

With this ranking, we are not asking anyone to lose their social media jobs. However, the quality of the content was subpar. There is always next year, because it doesn’t seem like these videos are going to stop anytime soon.
