The Dallas Cowboys look unbeatable at AT&T Stadium
With eight home wins this season, making 16 in a row that without loss, the Dallas Cowboys look absolutely impossible to beat at AT&T Stadium.
AT&T Stadium is often spoken of as the most luxurious football building ever built, a palace with a glass roof. And every time the doors open for a Dallas Cowboys football game, almost 100 thousand cram in, eager to see their boys win. And win they do.
The enormous building that looks something like a flying saucer, with a giant Texas-sized screen dangles over the fifty yard line. And this season, it has been the 12th man for the Boys.
While a visiting fan may feel overwhelmed, something like getting lost in a gigantic airport, for Dallas and their team it has become a temple, honoring victory.
The Dallas Cowboys are the only team that remains undefeated at home this season, and that run stretches back to last season as well. Their 16 consecutive home wins are the second longest streak in franchise history, behind the 1980-1981 team’s 18 games in a row.
But this has not been just luck or spontaneous generation. Coach Mike McCarthy’s boys find their greatest inspiration under the Arlington sky.
Dallas (12-5) led the NFL in points scored (299), point margin (plus-172), total offense per game (425.8) and turnover margin (plus-1.25 per party). Six of the eight wins at Jerry World came by blowout.

However, it is not all rosy for the Cowboys. The fly in the ointment is that they have not won a home playoff game since 2018. Their 24-22 win over the Seattle Seahawks saw Dak Prescott throw for 226 yards and a touchdown. Since then, January has been particularly unkind to Dallas.
Prescott has played at MVP level for most of the 2023 season, throwing for 4,516 yards and 36 touchdowns for only nine interceptions.
The Cowboys have been a juggernaut at home this year, but their playoff record betrays them, and has done for many years. Their wild card rival, the Green Bay Packers, are perhaps the mirror opposite of the Cowboys, winning three of their last four road games, the only reason why the Packers are in the playoffs at all.
Jordan Love has become the first Packers quarterback since at least 1950 to lead the team to the playoffs in his first full season as a starter.
