The Dallas Cowboys owner will be the star of a new documentary

The NFL, in conjunction with Skydance Studios, will develop a docuseries on the life of polemic Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones

Jerry Jones, owner of the Dallas Cowboys, has been a key figure in the growth of the franchise and fans of Team America will enjoy a new series with never-before-seen footage of his NFL journey.

According to Front Office Sports, the NFL together with Skydance Studios are developing a documentary series about the Dallas Cowboys and Jerry Jones’s time as owner of the franchise.

The businessman has been the owner, president, and general manager of the Cowboys since 1989 and won Super Bowls XXVII, XXVIII and XXX. However, success has eluded the team in recent seasons, with the Cowboys missing from the NFC final since way back in 1996.

Under Jones’ 34-season tenure, the Dallas franchise has gone 300-246 in the regular season and 16-14 in the playoffs.
