What’s the NFL playoff picture as of week 17? What teams are in and out?

The best time of the year for NFL fans is about to start, and the teams that make the playoffs are beginning to be defined.

With 2 weeks remaining in the NFL, the fight for playoff tickets is red hot.

When are the 2023-2024 Playoffs and the 2024 Super Bowl played?

Wild Card Round starts on January 13-15, 2024

The Divisional Round takes place on January 20 and 21, 2024

The Conference Championship games will be played on January 28, 2024

The Super Bowl will be played on February 11, 2024

Which teams are qualified for the 2023-2024 NFL Playoffs so far?

Those classified so far:

  • Prior to the start of Week 17, the postseason qualifiers are the San Francisco 49ers, Detroit Lions, Philadelphia Eagles, and Dallas Cowboys of the National Football Conference; In contrast, the Baltimore Ravens and the Miami Dolphins are the American Football Conference qualifiers.

Those eliminated so far:

  • There are already eight teams eliminated and they are the New England Patriots (4-11), Los Angeles Chargers (5-10), New York Jets (6-9), Tennessee Titans (5-10) of the AFC; Carolina Panthers (2-13), Arizona Cardinals (3-12), Washington Commanders (4-11) and New York Giants (5-10) of the NFC.

The teams with the best record in each Conference advance directly to the Divisional Round, in the AFC at the moment, they would be the Baltimore Ravens, and in the NFC is the San Francisco 49ers.

In the Wild Card Round, the 2nd vs. 7th, the 3rd vs. 6th, and the 4th vs. 5th of each Conference will face each other.
