Will the Dallas Cowboys sign Odell Beckham Jr.?
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones says that time is a big factor in determining whether they will decide to sign wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.
Jerry Jones, owner and general manager of the Dallas Cowboys, said that time is a determining factor that has been deterring them from signing wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.
“Until this Tuesday, we have nothing,” Jones bluntly commented on The Fan 105.3 FM radio show in Dallas.

Jones knows the outlook his team has for this postseason.
“The reality is that time is moving in the path of playing in the playoffs, so every day our chances for the future (with Beckham) are diminishing,” continued the Cowboys owner.
Even if he signed the 30-year-old now, the three-time Pro Bowler would not be able to see action until the Wild Cards, as he has still not fully recovered from a knee injury he suffered during the Super Bowl earlier this year.
Plans for OBJ
The plan that was supposedly laid out for OBJ was for him to join the ranks of the Dallas team, and after he spent a day on the active roster, place him on the injured reserve list.
This was to continue his recovery from the torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee.
He would miss four crucial games being on the injured reserve list, so time is a factor that plays against OBJ.
Hilton does Dallas
The past week, Dallas recruited wide receiver T.Y. Hilton who was a free agent, but he was inactive in the game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. However, Cowboys offensive coordinator Kellen Moore said he has been pleased with the conditions Hilton presents.
“I can’t tell you how remarkable it is to see a guy come to the NFL in December and show himself, and being able to deal with a system like he has,” according to Moore.
He said that Hilton would be great for the group, and that he believes that the wideout will be a big contributor to the team.
