Following a Round 3 rollercoaster, the lead is now firmly in the hands of the American, but his job is far from over with several others right behind him on the leaderboard. The final round of play in Connecticut promises to be thrilling.

Keegan Bradley is on the hunt

As we enter the final round of play in the 2023 Travelers Championship, American golfer Keegan Bradley leads the table with hopes of clinching his sixth PGA Tour victory. Behind him by just one single shot is Chez Reavie and there is the gap. Indeed, both Bradley and Reavie have a sizeable lead on the rest of the pack starting with Patrick Cantlay who sits in third, and Denny McCarthy who actually led the table up until the start of Round 3. The American is now tied for the fourth spot after carding a score of 70 in the third.

Where Bradley is specifically concerned, it’s worth noting that he finished the third round at 189 through three rounds (21 under) meaning he was just one shot shy of the PGA Tour 54-hole record. Truth be told, there were times when the New England native looked as though he was going to run away with it all after posting 63 at the end of play on Saturday, but as mentioned before he’s got Reavie just behind him on a very manageable course at the TPC River Highlands. Should Bradley manage to hold the line, this will be his second win of the 2022-23 season.
