The total prize purse for the Memorial Tournament 2024 at Muirfield Village was a cool $20 million, being shared among the field of 70 players.
Scottie Scheffler went into the final day at -10, with a four shot lead over Collin Morikawa. Despite the expectation being a comfortable win for the world number one, he kept things interesting till the 18th, dropping a couple of shots, while Morikawa improved to seven under.
However on the final hole Scheffler held his nerve for par, finishing on eight under, with Morikawa one back.
Scheffler takes home $4 million for winning the Memorial Tournament 2024.
