Kyrgios has a reminder for everyone, in case anyone forgot.

Update:

Nick Kyrgios celebrated a three-set victory in the second round of Wimbledon, defeating Serbia’s Filip Krajinović in an hour and 25 minutes in dominating fashion.

In a post-match interview, Kyrgios said this:

“I just want to remind everyone that I’m pretty good.”

I don’t think anyone forgot it, but if they did, they were certainly reminded while watching him calmly take a 6-2, 6-3. 6-1 victory. The game was played on Court Number 2, as Kyrgios was banned from the Center Court for spitting at a fan. He also yelled at a spectator for coughing.

“You want to cough before my serve? I don’t understand, it’s happened three times,” he said, suggesting it was on purpose to distract him. It’s no secret that Kyrgios has a temper with fans and umpires, but at least at Tuesday’s match, he seemed to have the fans on his side. During the second set, he even hit a shot through his legs just to egg on the crowd even more. Though commentator Todd Woodbridge didn’t find it to be the classiest of moves.

If he could just keep his temper in check, Kyrgios could make it quite far.
