The 2022 Super Bowl winner and current NFL free agent drew attention on multiple occasions during the match between Alcaraz and Sinner by effusively celebrating the points won by Alcaraz. Just as Alcaraz began to rally in the fourth set, in which Sinner was one point away from winning the French Open, the television kept focusing on Odell, who couldn’t believe what was happening on the court. During that intense set, which Carlos won in the tie-break, the American celebrated every point Alcaraz won; he repeated the same sequence in the following set, which was also decided in the tie-break. With the five-time Grand Slam player celebrating the milestone on court, Beckham Jr. remained completely euphoric, keeping an eye on the Spaniard.
