Hovland and Aberg become history makers

The Ryder Cup has been played for 96 years and Viktor Hovland and Ludvig Aberg’s 9&7 victory on Saturday was the largest foursomes win ever.

“We were meeting two strong guys – number one in the world and five-time major champion,” Hovland said.

“We tried to not give them anything. We played really solid and obviously didn’t meet a sharp Scottie and Brooks but we played some really nice golf today.”
