This iconic duo is going back to the Olympics: This time they’ll be covering winter sports in Milano Cortina
The 2026 Winter Olympics gets underway this weekend in Italy and runs through to 22 February at sites across Lombardy and Northeast Italy.

The 2026 Winter Olympics (Milano Cortina 2026) commence this Friday with the Opening Ceremony with the events in Italy set to last for 17 days (though some preliminary competitions, like curling and ice hockey, actually begin on February 4).
This is the first time the Games will be co-hosted by two major cities—Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo—with events spread across the Italian Alps.
The Opening Ceremony will take place at the historic San Siro Stadium in Milan, while the Closing Ceremony will be held at the ancient Verona Arena.

Return of the ‘dynamic duo’
Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg are returning as special correspondents for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy.
NBC has confirmed that Snoop Dogg will reprise his role as a roving reporter and “Ambassador of Happiness.” Martha Stewart recently teased their reunion for the Winter Games, mentioning her excitement for figure skating and promising “extraordinary things” in Milan.

After their viral success at the 2024 Paris Olympics (where they famously wore matching equestrian gear), NBC is leaning even further into their unique chemistry.
Snoop will return to the primetime set to riff on the day’s biggest stories alongside host Mike Tirico.
They are expected to explore Northern Italy, from the fashion streets of Milan to the snowy peaks of the Dolomites.
In a fun twist, Snoop Dogg has also been named Team USA’s first-ever Honorary Coach for these Games.
