What is the cut line at the 2026 PGA Championship? Homa, Hovland and Spaun heading home early
The course outside of Philadelphia is playing much tougher than golfers expected. Thursday afternoon’s wind made it hard to score and Friday isn’t any easier for the golfers going off early. Undulating greens, dense rough and deceivingly narrow fairways are causing problems for the world’s best golfers.
What is the cut line at the 2026 PGA Championship?
The top 70 players and ties will be able to carry on playing this weekend. Only the best and bravest will make it to Saturday as conditions are tough out there again today and causing havoc. The projected cut line is currently +3, but it could go to +4 as play progresses today.
Who’s going to miss the cut?
Currently these big names are below the cut line and will be packing their bags early:
- Adam Scott
- Max Homa
- Viktor Hovland
- Bryson DeChambeau?
- Tommy Fleetwood
- JJ Spaun
