Where and when is the next LIV Golf tournament being played and who is playing in it?
The fourth event of the controversial LIV Golf Invitational Series will be held this weekend in Massachusetts, and more ex-PGA members will participate.
The LIV Golf Invitational Series returns from a mid-season break and will hold the fourth event of its inaugural season from Friday to Sunday, September 2 to 4 at The International Golf Course and Country Club in Bolton, Massachusetts.
The 48-man field for the tournament has not yet been officially revealed, but a few high-profile signings are expected to be announced.
Cam Smith highest-ranked player to jump to LIV
According to Sports Illustrated, Australian Cam Smith, who won the British Open at St. Andrews last month, has signed up with the Saudi-financed league. The current Players Championship winner is the highest-ranked player to join LIV.
Marc Leishman, Anirban Lahiri, Joaquin Niemann, Cameron Tringale, and Harold Varner III are also expected to play in this weekend’s competition.
Having these new entries would mean that the 48-man field this weekend would be very different from how it has looked in the first three tournaments.

Charl Schwartzel won at the inaugural event in July, Branden Grace clinched the victory in Portland, and Henrik Stenson emerged the victor at the most recent event in Bedminster.

How to watch LIV Golf Invitational Boston
Just like the first three LIV events in England, Oregon, and New Jersey, there is no conventional broadcast agreement for the tournament in Massachusetts. This means people cannot watch it on television. However, golf fans can still watch it for free, as LIV streams their tournaments on their website, YouTube channel, and other social media accounts.
