Bournemouth confirms Jiménez absence for Premier League match
While the case remains unresolved, Bournemouth confirmed that Jiménez will not be available for Matchweek 36 of the English Premier League.
“As a result, Álex will not be included in the squad for tomorrow’s Premier League game against Fulham and the club will be making no further comment at this time.,” the statement added.

Social media messages under scrutiny
Although there is no evidence that Jiménez met with the girl in question, messages circulating online reportedly show the player acknowledging he had “never been with a 15-year-old girl.”
Hours later, additional private messages attributed to the player included a statement saying: “It was a mistake talking to you, I don’t want any problems.”
The developments come on the day the Bournemouth right back turned 21.
