Brazil vs Nigeria: times, how to watch on TV, stream online | U20 World Cup

Brazil have two of the tournament’s most exciting players in Marcos Leonardo and Andrey Santos but Ramon Menezes’ side got off to a disappointing start.

There are few nations in world football that can match Brazil when it comes to player production and the home of Joga Bonito has another exciting generation on the way. However their U20 World Cup got off to a very underwhelming start when Ramon Menezes’ side lost 3-2 to Italy in their opening game.

A group stage exit, in a tournament hosted by rivals Argentina, would be nothing short of a disaster considering the quality of their squad. Santos forward Marcos Leonardo scored twice in their opening game defeat but much of the focus was on Andrey Santos, the 19-year midfielder who signed for Premier League side Chelsea in January.

Nigeria face a tough task against the pre-tournament favourites but have a talented squad of their own. They narrowly beat the Dominican Republic 2-1 in their first game of the World Cup but racked up an impressive 25 shots in the process. They could certainly cause Brazil some problems.
