Chelsea vs Arsenal: possible teams for London derby

Chelsea take on city rivals Arsenal in the London derby at Stamford Bridge on Saturday and this is how both teams could line up.

The Premier League returns this weekend, with the Merseyside derby between Liverpool and Everton up first for fans who missed their weekly dose due to the recent international break.

Later on Saturday, Chelsea take on city rivals Arsenal in the London derby at Stamford Bridge.

Ahead of the game, we analyse how both sides could line up this weekend.

Possible Chelsea XI

Chelsea, in dire need of points, could be set up as follows:

Sánchez; Gusto, Disasi, Thiago Silva, Colwill; Caicedo, Gallagher, Fernández; Palmer, Jackson, Sterling.

The Blues will be hoping that whatever team is put out will produce, as the West London club have only picked up 11 points from their opening eight games of the season. Mauricio Pochettino’s side, who have spent massively in recent transfer windows, sit in 11th place at the time of writing.
