Guillermo Ochoa: The goalkeeper with most saves in Serie A
The Mexico international has made an immediate impact at Salernitana and has won the Man of the Match award twice.
Guillermo Ochoa has impressed in his first two games with Salernitana in the Serie A since arriving in the winter from Club América. The Mexican international has won the Man of the Match award and has made a total of 16 saves, the most by any goalkeeper in the Serie A.

According to data from Sofascore, no other goalkeeper in the league has more saves than Ochoa. The Mexican international has earned the respect of the Salernitana fans who chanted ‘Memo, Memo’ in the 1-1 draw against Torino over the weekend.
The former América goalkeeper has conceded three goals but has made 14 saves inside the box and Sofascore has given him a rating of 8.0 after two Serie A games.
Salernitana decided to sign Ochoa on a six-month contract as starting goalkeeper Luigi Sepe suffered a calf injury. The Serie A side will be obligated to extend his stay for two full seasons if the Mexican goalkeeper manages to play 12 games.
