Istanbul 2023 Champions League ball unveiled
Adidas presented the new UCL ball that will be used from the Round of 16 through to the Ataturk Stadium final on 10 June.
Adidas unveiled the new 2023 Champions League Final Istanbul ball on 13 February with the new matchball set to get its first outings on Tuesday night as the first Round of 16 games get underway as Milan face Tottenham at San Siro and PSG welcome Bayern Munich to the French capital.
The new ball features a unique design inspired by host city Istanbul with the 2022/23 final set to be played at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium on 10 June, 2023.
The design incorporates three bridges in the Turkish city with the Fatih Sultan Mehmet, 15 July Martyrs and Yavuz Selim Sultan bridges all incorporated.
Following the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, UEFA moved the 2021 Champions League final from Istanbul to Porto with the European governing body deciding to award the 2023 Champions League final to the Turkish city.
