León and Tigres, looking for a place in the Concacaf Champions League final

‘La Fiera’ are looking for their first Concachampions final as they face Tigres this Wednesday at the Nou Camp stadium with a place in the final on the line

The last match of the trilogy between León and Tigres will be played tonight at the Nou Camp Stadium after the first leg of the Concacaf Champions League semi-final in Nuevo Leon ended with a 2-1 win for the UANL side.

Both sides met in the same venue for the Liga MX Clausura 2023 matchday 17 clash last Sunday with Leon running out with a solid 3-0 win.

The ‘Panzas Verdes’ are looking to make history in reaching their first ever Concachampions final and Nicolas Larcamon’s side are aware that a 1-0 win would secure a final berth with the away goal rule still being used by Concacaf.

LAFC consolidates their place in the final on Tuesday night with a 3-0 win over Philadelphia Union at BMO Field in downtown LA.
