Liverpool kick off 2025/26 season

Reinging champions Liverpool will kick off the new campaign with a home game against Bournemouth, with the opening fixture to be played on Friday, August 15 at Anfield. That clash is scheduled for 8pm local time, which means 3pm ET / 12pm ET in the U.S.

Manchester United and Arsenal headline opening weekend

The standout fixture of the opening weekend is arguably Manchester United’s home game against Arsenal, set for Sunday, August 17 at 11:30pm ET.

Elsewhere, Aston Villa versus Newcastle looks to be the most intriguing of the fixtures on Saturday, August 16, although stateside supporters will have to set their alarms for that one (7.30am ET). Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City start their campaign on the same day away to Wolves (12:30pm ET).

Owned by 49ers Enterprises, Leeds United make their return to the Premier League following their promotion, hosting Everton in the solitary fixture on Monday, August 18 (3pm ET).
