Zaldivar scores for Chivas and the last kick for Puebla could be the one that sees them advance.
Can Puebla take advantage... Reyes slots Panenka style and Puebla are in the driving seat... a Chivas miss and La Franja would advance.
Chivas go again and it's the turn of Angulo and his shot is off the bar with the player slipping just as he shot. 3-3.
Ayala next for La Franja... the No. 15 cool as a cucumber draws Puebla level 3-3.

Looks like Puebla shoot first with the spot kicks to be taken in the goal with the visiting fans behind.
Both keepers delivered solid performances but Puebla's Silva was particular;ly impressive.
A major challenge for the Puebla coach is to get his players focused again as they were literally seconds away from advancing. Chivas will feel that they have nothing to lose and will feel less pressure.
A place against Club America in the quarter final awaits the winner.
The whistle sounds and it's all over in Puebla. We'll now have a penalty shoot out to see who advances to the quarter final stage.
Great run and finish from Cisneros.
With the last kick of the game, Chivas draw level.....Incredible scenes in Puebla as the red and white clad fans go wild.
Ormeño carded for Chivas as frustration takes hold.
Three of the added six gone with three to go and Chivas sensing that its not to be as the try long range speculative efforts.
Into added time we go.... Chivas staring elimination in the face.
We'll have six minutes of added time.
Into the final minute we go and the ball falls to Zaldivar who goes agonisingly close with a shot from the edge of the box.
The Chivas fans behind the goal being manned by Silva do their bit to drive on their players but it's Puebla who still look dangerous as they sit deep and hit Chivas on the counter.
Silva called upon in the Puebla to make a quick series of saves and the keeper has been one of the top players for the home side this evening.
Chivas getting desperate now and throwing everything at the game as time ticks away.
Into the final ten minutes of the tie we go and as things stand, it's Puebla who will be facing Club America in the 2022 Liga MX Apertura quarter-finals next week.
Sepuldeva makes way for Ormeño (CD Guadalajara)
A sense of urgency now from Chivas as the visitors sense that time is not on their side. To be honest, the scoreline is quite a fair reflection of what we've seen with Puebla the better side on the day.
Puebla's Silva carded for a shoulder barge as La Franja bring on Ayala for Fernandez.
What a run from Olivas as he runs the entire half and just as he weaves into the Puebla box, he is outnumbered and the ball falls kindly to the home keeper.
Puebla now warming up a series of subs as Fernandez is through on goal but scoops over. Chivas go down the other and and almost equalise as a header drifts inches wide of Silva's post.
Sepuldeva carded as Cisneros comes on for Brizuela.
Calderon and Sanchez make way for Zaldivar and Mozo...Chivas switches
Puebla totally on top now as Chivas make a double switch
Araujo goes down in the box and that looked like a penalty for the home side. Sepuldeva crashing into the striker. Once again, the match official waves play on.
So close to being 2-0 after a fantastic sweeping move from La Franja. The ball falls to Cortizo who really should have found the target.
Barragan nods Puebla ahead !
Goooooooooooooool. Puebla take the lead and what a solid header it was too !
The game starting to lose it's rhythm now with a series of continuous fouls seeing a stop-start feel to proceedings.
Subs from both teams warming up on the sideline as we approach the hour mark and generally the time when coaches feel its right to make switches.
Once again, the game is open with the ball moving from one end of the pitch to the other with lightning quick transitions as Maia heads wide from a Puebla corner.
The side from Guadalajara enjoying the better of the opening minutes of the second half with Chivas looking to be the first away team to score in these four repechaje matches.
The teams return to the pitch and it will be Puebla to get the second half underway.
Looks pretty close to a full house at the 51,000 capacity Estadio Cuauhtémoc this evening but incredible to see as many red and white shirts in the stands as the blue and white of the home side.
Half time stats
Puebla clearly dominating the game but it's the visitors carving out the best of the clear-cut chances.
All square at the break
The referee sounds his whistle and it's half-time.
A bright and entertaining game with Puebla dominating but Chivas going close on a number of occasions and looking sharp on the counter attack.
Free for Puebla as the clock passes the 45' mark with a single minute to be added.
The Puebla fans haven't let-up since the start of the game and up the volume a notch just as the half is poised to come to an end.
Chivas now enjoying a bright spell and it's the turn of the home side to double up and defend in numbers. The 'Sacred Flock' look at their best when on the counter attack.
Mancuello almost sneaks the ball in from distance with a rasping shot-cross that almost drifted in.
Great chance for Chivas after a fine counter as Alvarado finds Vega who drills the ball straight at the Puebla keeper. What a neat back heel from the former Cruz Azul striker.
Puebla press again and fine work from Martinez leads to yet another attack for La Franja.
We approach the half hour mark and after a bright opening, it's been all Puebla as the home side win a dangerous free kick as Cortizo is held. No card from the ref which is surprising. Certainly feels that the 50-50 decisions are going Chivas way.
Another call from the home side that doesn't go their way as Sepulveda handles the ball in the box as he falls awkwardly. Once again the match official waves away the appeals.
It's all Puebla now as the home side attack in wave after wave with Chivas wasteful in possession.
The ball is in the Chivas net but the flag is up....a let off for the visitors as Puebla appeal. A very, very marginal decision and the home fans are far from happy with the outcome.

The game has settled down a little now after the intense opening quarter of an hour.
Puebla now starting to enjoy more time on the ball as they look to build with patience.
Beltran takes a whack to the face as we see a repeat of the Chivas double effort. Brizuela it was who drilled the ball against the crossbar.
How did that not go in... Chivas rattle the Puebla crossbar with the home side on the ropes. Nervy moments for the side who finished higher in the Aperura regular season.
Despite this being a home game for Puebla, the stadium seems more decked out with red and white clad supporters rather than those sporting the Puebla blue and white.
Some meaty challenges flying about with the home side particularly culpable as they look to thwart the men in red and white by any means.
A frantic opening to the game with both sides trying to impose themselves on the game. The sun breaks through the clouds in Puebla !
Better start from the visitors with Chivas going close as the ball fizzes inches wide of Silva's goal.

Pressure on Chivas
The matter of Chivas keeping their season alive is an additional pressure for the side from Guadalajara in the Apertura 2022. There is also a growing rumour that elimination on Sunday against Puebla could seal the fates of the club’s sporting director, Ricardo Peláez, and the coach Ricardo Cadena.

Puebla whipping up home support
'La Franja' will be buoyed along by a big crowd at the Estadio Cuauhtémoc (which is the fourth biggest in Mexico) with a decent attendance expected at the 51,000 capacity ground this evening.
Historical advantage favours Puebla
Puebla hold historical advantage over their preliminary-round opponents. The two-time Mexican champions have knocked Chivas out of the playoffs four times, while Guadalajara - who have gone more than 30 years without a postseason win over La Franja - having progressed at Puebla’s expense just twice.
Both sides will be looking to emulate Tigres UANL and Cruz Azul who both sealed their tickets for the next stage with a Saturday night win over Necaxa and Leon respectively,
Toluca face Juarez in the early game on Sunday.
The last match of the four play-offs, and the one that on paper looks like the most evenly matched, is the duel between Puebla and Chivas. Larcamón’s side finished in eighth place, which means they will play the play-off against Chivas at home as Cadena’s men failed to win their last match against Cruz Azul, so the men from Guadalajara are forced to visit the Estadio Cuauhtémoc.
The action at the Estadio Cuauhtémoc (Puebla City), tonight gets underway at 16:30 pm (local time), which equates to US 5:30 pm (ET) and 2:30 pm US (PT).
