WORLD CUP 2022

Qatar 2022 World Cup daily schedule; who plays today, November 30th

It’s Day 11 of the FIFA tournament, and we’ve got some exciting games coming up from around Qatar.

Update:
Qatar 2022 World Cup daily schedule; who plays today, November 30th
JUAN MABROMATAAFP

What a day we have ahead of us today! If yesterday was a great day for the world of football with the exciting games between Ecuador and Senegal and Iran vs USMNT. It can only get better with Arabia Saudí vs Mexico and Argentina vs Poland.

It really is all-or-nothing for these four teams. Messi and the company need to win. Anything else might leave them out of the next round.

In the earlier games, France will face Tunisia, and Denmark will play Australia for the second spot in Group D. The Socceroos have a great opportunity to make it to the next stage if they at least get a tie against the Danes, which only have one point.

World Cup games today (all times ET)

Group D: Tunisia vs France (10 a.m.)

Tunisia has an off chance to make it to the next round if they can beat last-cup champions France. This seems very unlikely, as the French has been on top form in their last two games. The Africans have one point, and if they bear Les Blues, they could reach 4 points, but they would need to score at least more than three goals and hope for Australia to lose by no more than one goal against the Danes. A very unlikely scenario.

Group D: Australia vs Denmark (10 a.m.)

The Socceroos have all they need to make it to the next round on their hands. A tied would see them to the next round if Tunisia doesn’t win by more than three goals. Their win against Tunisia put them in the best position to make it through, a feat they haven’t done since 2006.

The Danes also have their faith in their hands. They need to win this one. No more, no less. If they were to tie, they would be out of the competition. Any result that is not a win is a failure for the Europeans. This game promises to be an entertaining one.

Group C: Poland vs Argentina (2 p.m.)

What a game we have! Messi and the company need to win this one. They cannot afford a loss here. They only have 3 points at the moment, while Poland sits on top of the group with 4. The Europeans will go through to the next round if they tie the match and even if they lose by less than two goals if Mexico doesn’t beat the Saudis by more than two goals or if the Asians don’t win the match.

This group could go to the yellow cards and red cards to be decided. Tomorrow could be Messi’s last game in a World Cup competition

Group C: Saudi Arabia vs Mexico (2 p.m.)

Both teams need to win this one. Saudi Arabia could go through with a tie, but they play with fire if Argentina wins or even ties the game against Poland. The Polish have the goal advantage against the Saudis. They will make it out of the group’s stage if Argentina wins by one, by two, it could help the Asians.

Mexico needs to win this one by at least two goals and hope that Argentina scores at least two goals against Polish, and if they want to make sure they go through, they need to win by three goals. This would be the worse World Cup for the North Americans in the last 28 years, where they have always made it out of the group stages.
