The team lifts yet again another trophy! The fourth SheBelieves Cup straight. What we mean dominating. The preparation for the World Cup in July its looking good.
Simple game for the U.S. in the end
The USWNT is on another level. Another competition and another trophy for the girls. The team dominated the game for most of the game. Even though the Brazilians had many opportunities and proved to be a difficult team to win, the Americans seemed poised to take this one.
Alex Morgan scores her 121 goals for the national team. The legend did it again, showing that she still has a lot of soccer to give; her screamer of a goal was something else, worthy of those that are born with something special.
Mallory Swanson's form is just wow. Seven goals in five games for the Chicago player. What to say for someone that has one opportunity the whole match and puts it to sleep. If she continues like this, she will be another legend in the making.
The only thing the U.S. should be worried about is the defense letting in one goal. That's the first one of the year. That shows us how good the Americans have been so far this year. The World Cup is looking good for the girls in blue.

Fourth goal in this competition
Mallory Swanson is on fire! Her fourth goal this tournament. Seven goals in five matches. And the U.S. Hasn’t been scored on in 2023.
The 2-0 is not a representation of the game. This Brazilian team has been a worthy opponent and these two goals seem a bit too much for a team that has had a couple of chances to score.
Mallory Swanson ties Rapino for the most goals for this competition with 7. And she was scored in the last 6 games.

Brazil came out strong but the U.S. has taken the ball away slowly. And now they are bringing the tempo down.

And the U.S. Goes to the second half winning the game with a screamer of a goal by Alex Morgan. She curled it up really nice as the game ended. If this were the NBA it would be at the buzzer.

Swanson with the play on the left!! The center and Rodman with the shot as she closed the play on the right side!! The Brazilians scramble to kick it out and the U.S. Had their first real opportunity to score.

Brazil in control of the ball. The U.S. Is no longer in command and is all yellow ball at the moment. The have a bit more intensity when they attack in comparison to the Americans.
Brazil taking pace out of the game. Pass and pass and pass to the sides trying to keep the ball away from the U.S. This is not helping the game nor the Americans who clearly are looking to score.
Alex Morgan! The experience forwards turns and shoots but easy ball for Lorena. The girls in blue slowly trying to build the game back up.

Adriana shoots out and wide!! Brazil is knocking on the Americans goal. The fast pace counters are causing a lot of trouble for the U.S.
Brazil!! With the counter! What a play. Keroline gets a nice pass from the middle by Tainara. She was in front of the keeper but she kicks it out and almost the first goal!
Horan is taking control of the game and putting some speed on the attacks. She is finding Levelle on the left. If the U.S.’s number 10 can take charge of the play they girls blue will be fierce. The truth is that Brazil can’t come out and play the touch.
MORGAN!!! Almost the first goal for the Americans. Lavelle made great play on the right and centers to find Morgan! But she kicks it out wide. Couldn’t quite close the play.
Brazil sits comfortable in the back. The American’s attack is slow. They cannot find the spots and the openings for goals to happen. The South Americans don’t seem to want to rattle things right now.
Swanson on the left side but a foul called. She pulled back on Lauren and the Canarinha get the call. Brazil slowly is taking the ball away from the Americans. The U.S. girls a lacking a bit of speed and are playing straight into the South Americans style of game.
Nothing comes of the corner. And the U.S. back on defense as the Brazilian’s start to build up the attack on the left. Sullivan wins the ball and the South Americans are stopped.
Corner for the Americans! Melisa on the right with a nice touch play that gets the corner.
Rose with the cross from left! And the Brazilian keeper gets an easy shot. The Americans look confident on this game. The build up is slow but they are on it.
And the corner comes to nothing! A shot out and wide.
The USWNT looks in control. Brazil seems to be waiting and seeing what the Americans are going to do. And we have the games first corner.

The USWNT haven’t conceived a goal in their first games. They dominated Canada in their first encounter, and then they breezed through a Japan team that didn’t see what was coming.
