What’s on the line in last round of 25/26 Premier League games on Sunday?
With Man City drawing with Bournemouth, Arsenal were crowned 25/26 Premier League champions.

The curtain comes down on the 2025-26 Premier League season next Sunday with all matchday 38 games being played with a unified kick-off time (5pm CEST/1200 ET).
We discovered on Tuesday night that Arsenal are the Premier League champions after Man City could only manage a 1-1 draw with Bournemouth and trail the Gunners by four points.

With the title race wrapped up, the battle for a European place and to avoid the drop into the second tier take centre stage.
Here is exactly what is on the line for the final 90 minutes of the season:
The battle to avoid the drop
One of Tottenham Hotspur or West Ham United will be playing in the Championship next season and this battle is arguably the headline drama of the final day. Nobody expected these two giants to be down here, but one of these historic London clubs will be relegated to the Championship on Sunday.
Tottenham sits in 17th on 38 points, while West Ham are in 18th on 36 points.

Final Day Fixtures: Tottenham take on Everton at home with the Hammers at home to Leeds United.
West Ham must beat Leeds to have any chance of survival. If they win and Tottenham lose to Everton, the East London side will escape the drop and send Spurs down. Because of West Ham’s massively inferior goal difference, a draw does nothing for them—they need a total safe-haven collapse from Tottenham.
The battle for fifth and a UCL spot
With Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United, and Aston Villa having already locked down four of the Champions League spots, the fifth and final place will be secured by Liverpool or Bournemouth.

The ‘Reds’ are in pole position on 59 points, with Bournemouth right behind in 6th on 56 points with the late Haaland strike in Tuesday’s game denying Andoni Iraola’s side an important three points.
The Cherries now needs to beat Nottingham Forest and pray that Liverpool fall to Brentford at Anfield, while also overturning a 6-goal swing in goal difference. Realistically, Liverpool only need a single point to officially lockdown Champions League football next season.

The battle for the remaining European spots will be a four way tussle between Chelsea, Brighton, Brentford and Sunderland with one Europa League place and one Conference League place up for grabs.
Brighton (53 pts), Chelsea (52 pts), Brentford (52 pts), and Sunderland (51 pts) all separated by a single game.
