Norway confirmed lineup vs. Brazil

Confirmed XI: Nyland; Ryerson, Ajer, Heggem, Wolffe; Berge, Berg, Odegaard, Sorloth, Nusa and Haaland.

Ryerson remains Norway’s biggest fitness concern

Norway head coach Stale Solbakken had few selection headaches ahead of Sunday’s clash. Julian Ryerson was a doubt after missing the Round of 32 victory over Ivory Coast.

The Borussia Dortmund right back has been sidelined since suffering a thigh injury just 13 minutes into Norway’s group-stage win over Senegal. However, he returned to training before the meeting with Brazil and in the end is fit enough to make the starting XI. still be available.

Sorloth stays in

One other potential change was in attack, where Oscar Bobb was pushing for a place in the starting lineup after Alexander Sorloth started each of Norway’s first three World Cup matches. However in the end Sorloth retains his place.
