Update:

Real Madrid fans were given a typically loud welcome as they entered the pitch ahead of their game against Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarter-final second leg, but it was not a friendly one.

The fans in red around the pitch were ready and waiting for the white training shirts to emerge, at which point they began a cacophony of noise aimed at the players.

Still, the noise seemed not to affect them, as the referee only had to wait 35 seconds after starting the game to blow his whistle again, for one of the fastest Champions League goals of all time.
