“CREATINA!” Djokovic shocks fans by angrily screaming for creatine

Novak Djokovic has gone viral on social media for shouting angrily for someone to bring him creatine in an intense match against Carlos Alcaraz.

Update:

It was a hot and frustrating day for Novak Djokovic when he played against Carlos Alcaraz in the Cincinnati Masters Final. When you’re hot and frustrated, you may act...more irritable, to put it kindly. That’s what seems to have happened when Djokovic angrily shouted “creatina!” (creatine in English) from his bench during the intense match.

What is creatine?

Creatine is a natural amino acid found in the body as well as in red meat and shellfish, which is known to enhance athletic performance and produce more energy for the muscles. It is a legal and approved substance that many professional athletes commonly use. Though it’s not an addictive substance, Djokovic seemed to be fiending for it.

It all ended well for Djokovic though, who beat Alcaraz in his first tournament in the U.S. in two years. It marked his third title in Cincinnati and 95th of his career, surpassing Ivan Lendl for the most career titles of all time.
