Teen thief fatally struck by bus moments after snatching phone in São Paulo

In São Paulo, Brazil, a 17-year-old who stole a cellphone from a 71-year-old man was hit and killed by a bus while attempting to flee. The teenager was rushed to the hospital but did not survive the accident.
