All eyes were on Rihanna during her Super Bowl halftime performance, as the 34-year-old belted out hit after hit, along with revealing she is pregnant.

In attendance was Adele, who promised prior to the sporting event that she would be there just to see Rihanna return to the stage.

“I’m going just for Rihanna, I don’t give a freaking flying f***,” Adele said.

Adele turned into a meme at the Super Bowl

Not only did Adele attend the Super Bowl, she dressed to impress as well. The singer cheered on Rihanna from the sidelines in a Fendi designer ensemble, statement sunglasses, and a matching Fendi brown woolen bag.

However, what she didn’t expect was that she would become a meme after the cameras panned to her just before Rihanna took the stage, though it wasn’t clear what the singer said.

Adele cleared up any confusion during her ‘Weekends With Adele’ residency in Las Vegas on Friday night, telling the crowd “its hard work being a constant meme.”

She continued: “I was saying, she’s gonna be fine. She’s gonna have some weed and be fine. But clearly she couldn’t have any weed because she was pregnant.”

Rihanna’s performance delivered

Adele, as well as everyone in attendance and watching at home, were treated to quite the performance from Rihanna.

The singer took the stage for the first time in years and delivered a stunning 13-minute set that included hits like ‘B—- Better Have My Money,’ ‘Rude Boy,’ ‘Work,’ ‘Umbrella,’ and ‘Diamonds’, with roughly 800 people involved in getting the production off the ground.

Where Rihanna stayed for the Super Bowl

Rihanna also spared no expense when it came to accommodations during her time in Arizona for the Super Bowl.

Rihanna rented a home that is 30 miles from State Farm Stadium that came with a $85,000 per night price tag. The singer spent six nights at the 6,400 square foot house, meaning she spent more than $500,000 to stay at the rental house.

The house featured five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two living rooms, a private gym and a walk-in wine cellar. It also has a huge pool with a built-in waterfall.
