Alves and Mascherano left out of squad to play Valencia
The two starting defenders have been omitted as part of Luis Enrique's rotation policy. Neymar is included despite spending the day in Court on Tuesday.
Luis Enrique has named his squad for Wednesday’s Copa del Rey first leg match against Valencia at Camp Nou and as was expected, despite his appearance in court a day earlier, Neymar has been selected and is available to join his strike partners Leo Messi and Luis Suárez up front.

The big surprise came at the back, where Dani Alves and Javier Mascherano have been omitted from the squad as part of Enrique’s policy of rotation.
