Bale is back, 47 days later
Zidane has yet to decide if Bale starts, probably choosing to ease him back into action from the bench, both Modric (ankle) and Kroos (flu) miss out, Marcelo also returns to duty.
Bale is back training with the team after a lengthy absence at a crucial time of the season, and back in the squad for Real Madrid's La Liga encounter with Celta, Saturday 4pm CET. Zidane assured that Bale will stay with the team in the hotel overnight, and will form part of the pre-match squad.
He's back on the list after 47 days out, falling to yet another calf injury against Sportin Gijon. The €101M man missed eight matches during that period of time.
Zidane refused to reveal if Bale would start the match, but he's liikely to see some time on the pitch to bring his match-fitness up to play the return leg of the Champions League tie with Roma in the Bernabéu on Tuesday March 8.
