Bale can leave Lineker in the dust today with a scoring performance on the Canary Island, and it would be hard to bet against him, Bale is on fire: 12 goals in his last 9 games.
Bale has scored in his last 4 La Liga matches, he has 14 league goals this season. His effectiveness in Spain has not translated to European competition however, where he hasn't scored in his 164 minutes played.
