Defender Sergio Ramos left the Spain camp on Friday after being withdrawn at half-time of the European champions' 1-1 draw against Italy due to a back issue.

The Real Madrid captain will travel back to Madrid to receive treatment on the complaint, which sees him miss La Roja's friendly with Romania on Sunday.
However, it is not initially thought that the problem is serious enough to keep Ramos out of Real's upcoming LaLiga clash at arch rivals Barcelona.
