Cüneyt Çakir will referee Manchester City-Real Madrid
The Turkish insurance agent was the man in charge when los blancos travelled to Sweden and beat Group A opponents Malmö 2-0 earlier this season.
Update:
Turkey's Cüneyt Çakir will be the referee when Manchester City host Real Madrid on Tuesday night in the Champions League semi-final first leg tie between the teams.
Cakir, an insurance agent who turns 40 in November, was in charge for another Real Madrid away match earlier this season, when los merengues beat Malmö 2-0 in the group stages.
The Turkish official, who rose to the UEFA's Elite category of referees in June 2011, was also the man in black when Real Madrid faced Dortmund (2-2) during the group stages of the 2012/13 Champions League season.
Cakir will be accompanied by his compatriots Çem Satman and Tarik Ongun.
