Griezmann accepts the rugby-ball challenge
Atlético Madrid star Antoine Griezmann accepted the challenge put to him by Mathieu Bastareaud, the France rugby international and Toulon centre, by performing a series of keepie uppies with an oval-shaped ball.
The Atleti number seven has notched up 21 league goals for Diego Simeone’s men this season, and while the Rojiblancos’ dreams of lifting their second league title in three years were dashed last week after losing to Levante, the Madrid outfit still have a Champions League final to look forward to.
Unsurprisingly Griezmann also been included in the France squad ahead of Euro 2016. Along with the LaLiga striker, Didier Deschamps’ forward line options will also include Anthony Martial, Dimitri Payet, Olivier Giroud, Kingsley Coman and Andre-Pierre Gignac.
