Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo chalked up yet another goal-scoring record in Los Blancos' 2-0 final-day LaLiga win over Deportivo La Coruña.

The Portuguese's double at Riazor took him to 51 goals in all competitions this term (35 in the Spanish top flight and 16 in the Champions League).

And with that haul the forward becomes the first player to bring up a half century of strikes at club level in six consecutive seasons.

Cristiano, who in 2015 became Real's all-time highest scorer, found the net 53 times in 2010-11, 60 in 2011-12, 55 in 2012-13, 51 in 2013-14 and 61 in 2014-15.

The 31-year-old's brace in Galicia also brought him level with Madrid legend Raúl González Blanco on 11 career LaLiga goals against Deportivo.

Despite the victory, Los Merengues missed out on the title by one point as Luis Suárez's hat-trick ensured Barcelona beat Granada to clinch the championship.
