Nicolás Schiappacasse will be incorporated into the squad tomorrow, when the second week of work begins with a 7:45am start. The first friendly is on Saturday.

Atlético arrived back in the Spanish capital on Sunday night after concluding the first week back in work away from the sweltering Madrid heat in Los Ángeles de San Rafael. The players arrived at the team hotel at 20:40 where around 50 fans were waiting for them. Aboard the bus where all of the players who completed the first summer stage plus new signing Nicolás Schiappacasse, who onyl arrived in Madrid on Saturday morning and will be incorporated into the squad as from tomorrow. Defender Šime Vrsaljko will have to wait to meet his new team mates. The Croatian will be officially presented at 13:00 tomorrow at the Calderón and will join the squad for the evening session at 18:30.
Simeone's team have their first friendly of the pre-season on Saturday, against Numancia.
